No. Training is structured around The 9 Levels of Integration™, which meets you at your current level — whether you're a complete beginner or have years of experience in another discipline.

Comfortable athletic clothing you can move in (a gi is not required). Bring water and a willingness to train hands-on — most sessions involve partner work from the first class.
